VallesPuentes routinely provides a wide range of Continuing Legal Education Courses (CLE) that analyze the impact that evolving trade law and policy have on local communities, focusing on transpacific and North American flows.
Due to the transboundary impact of these flows, these CLEs utilize comparative data and regulatory analysis from regional and international sources to address current concerns regarding manufacturing, energy production and transmission, land use, transportation corridors, and supply chains, highlighting hinterland and maritime trade corridors.
In addition to international law and policy, the CLEs refer to state, tribal, and federal laws, and are available for credit in New Mexico and other jurisdictions, in person and on-demand.
